Systems Operations Analyst (Full-Time, 6-Month Contract) About Satechi

Who You Are

We're seeking an experienced Systems Operations Analyst to support and optimize the business systems that power our operations. In this temporary, full-time role (anticipated up to six months), you'll maintain critical business systems and integrations, troubleshoot system and data issues, develop reporting tools, and identify opportunities to improve processes and automation.

You thrive in complex systems environments, can quickly investigate and resolve issues independently, work confidently with large data sets, and collaborate effectively across teams.

What You'll Do
  • Support and maintain business systems including NetSuite ERP, RF-SMART WMS, TrueCommerce EDI, Pacejet, Celigo integrator.io, TMS, and eCommerce integrations.
  • Monitor integrations and error queues, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement or coordinate resolutions.
  • Administer RF-SMART WMS, including mobile workflows, user permissions, devices, printers, and system configurations.
  • Perform light NetSuite administration, including saved searches, custom fields and records, forms, user setup, and integration users.
  • Configure and support RF-SMART Shipping, Pacejet, Celigo, and TrueCommerce integrations.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based reporting tools, NetSuite saved searches, dashboards, and operational reports.
  • Analyze recurring system and data issues, recommend process improvements, and identify automation opportunities.
  • Maintain master data, including items, packaging, barcodes, GTINs, and label templates.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, troubleshooting procedures, and ongoing projects.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support reporting, process improvements, and project continuity throughout the assignment.
  • Perform other systems and operations duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in systems operations, ERP administration, business systems, or operations analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including saved searches, reporting, workflows, and light administration.
  • Experience supporting Celigo integrator.io, RF-SMART WMS, RF-SMART Shipping/Pacejet, and TrueCommerce EDI.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, large data sets, and macros/VBA.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical system and process solutions.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with eCommerce-to-ERP integrations and high-volume transaction environments.
  • Knowledge of GS1 standards, GTIN/UPC management, and barcode labeling.
  • Experience with BarTender label management.
  • Experience using AI tools (such as Claude) for data analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, or process automation.
  • Experience with APIs, middleware, and systems automation.
  • APICS, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or another high-SKU consumer products environment.
Compensation:

The pay range for this position in California is $60-70K annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
