Service Delivery Support Technician (Lockbox Operations)
Overview
We're looking for a Service Delivery Support Technician to support and optimize technical operations within our Lockbox environment. In this role, you'll act as the first point of contact for technical issues, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth system performance and a high-quality service experience.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with systems, and collaborating across teams.
What You'll Do
  • Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for Lockbox operations
  • Partner with IT teams and clients to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • Support client onboarding, system migrations, and upgrades
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address risks
  • Document processes, issues, and resolutions
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of technical support or operations experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Lockbox, financial services, or payment processing
