Job description

Project Coordinator III – Multilingual AI Quality

itD is seeking a Project Coordinator III to support the operational execution of multilingual AI quality programs that drive product quality across global AI experiences. This role serves as the operational backbone of a fast-growing Multilingual AI Quality team, ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, language experts, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring experience in project coordination, program operations, or localization programs within the technology industry, along with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams, vendor relationships, and reporting processes in fast-paced environments.

Location: Remote (US-based). Candidates must be available to work with US Pacific Time (PST) overlap.

Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities

  • Manage task pipelines and workflow queues across multilingual AI quality audit programs, ensuring timely completion and resolution of bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communications with external vendors and partners across multiple languages, projects, and AI evaluation initiatives.
  • Triage incoming task requests, validate project scope and feasibility, and prioritize operational activities based on business needs.
  • Monitor task progress, identify tooling or process issues, and drive resolution through appropriate stakeholders.
  • Pull, organize, and analyze quality audit data to support reporting, operational insights, and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Maintain vendor quality scorecards and track performance metrics, throughput, and quality trends across programs.
  • Prepare documentation including meeting notes, process documentation, status updates, and reporting materials for distributed teams.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with localization, language management, data analytics, and technical teams to ensure operational excellence.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, program management, or operations within the technology industry.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with multilingual AI annotation, AI quality audit workflows, or internationalization/localization programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, platforms, and operational processes with minimal supervision.
  • Experience troubleshooting operational or workflow issues and driving resolutions independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, meeting notes, process creation, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Experience creating reports, tracking metrics, and maintaining operational dashboards or workflow trackers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience coordinating external vendors, service providers, or third-party partners across multiple time zones.
  • Background supporting AI, machine learning, language technology, or content quality operations.
  • Experience working with multilingual content, localization, translation, or internationalization programs.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Exposure to AI evaluation, quality assurance, or data operations programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
