Overview

At Sprouts Farmers Market, our team members are at the heart of everything we do. The Talent Development Administrator plays an important role in supporting learning experiences that help our team members grow, thrive, and feel confident in their roles.

This role ensures our talent programs run smoothly, scale effectively, and deliver a consistent experience across the organization. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to program owners and a go-to resource for talent system and Learning Management System (LMS) support, helping ensure a seamless and positive experience for all team members.

Position reports into the Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ. Hybrid schedule in office Tuesday - Thursday. #LI-MS1

Essential Functions

What You'll Do:

  • Own LMS Operations
  • Manage daily LMS administration (course setup, enrollments, assignments, completion tracking), ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and a seamless user experience
  • Troubleshoot issues and respond to LMS inquiries from team members and stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors on system updates and enhancements
  • Generate reports to track participation, completions, and program effectiveness
  • Support Talent Development Programs
  • Partner with program owners to coordinate and execute learning initiatives
  • Manage logistics (session setup, rosters, communications, materials)
  • Track participation, progress, and feedback to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify and help resolve opportunities to improve program delivery, scalability, and participant experience
  • Create & Maintain Learning Resources
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and program documentation
  • Create templates and reinforcement tools to enhance learning
  • Keep resources organized, current, and easily accessible
  • Serve as a Systems & Talent Development Resource
  • Act as primary contact for LMS & talent system support and questions
  • Consult with stakeholders on program delivery, system capabilities, and best practices to enhance effectiveness
  • Support onboarding and training for LMS and talent system users (admins, facilitators)
  • Build strong relationships to drive adoption and effective tool use
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR operations, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience working in an LMS (e.g., Axonify, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or similar) and HR System (e.g., Workday)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
  • Experience supporting programs, events, or operational workflows in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience creating documentation such as job aids, templates, or process guides
