Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.  LMS Specialist Candidates work to facilitate Cross-Cutting - LMS & Training Support delivering Business Analytics Support through Clarify the need | structure the work | deliver measurable support across learning operations and compliance tracking..  Further, they Provide subject-matter support for Cross-Cutting - LMS & Training Support by facilitating discovery, documenting requirements, improving processes, and supporting execution. Develop analyses, SOPs, playbooks, and recommendations that strengthen adoption, compliance, and measurable mission outcomes.

LMS Specialist - LMS & Training Support Professionals typically cover LMS & Training Support Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines and serve as Senior specialist or technical lead scope requiring independent execution, strong subject-matter expertise, and responsibility for complex deliverables..  They Provide specialized functional support for LMS & Training Support; execute analysis, documentation, controls, or adoption activities needed to improve delivery quality, compliance, and mission outcomes.

Desired Qualifications For LMS Specialist - LMS & Training Support | Business Analytics Support [NSF0013013] (NSF0013013) Candidates:  5+ years of relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data/analytics, or program support aligned to Cross-Cutting - LMS & Training Support; demonstrated experience operating in regulated environments with stakeholder groups similar to NSF OCHCO/OCIO; ability to produce audit-ready documentation, executive briefings, and implementation artifacts in a hybrid federal delivery environment.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree, certification, or equivalent federal experience preferred.  5+ years of relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data/analytics, or program support aligned to Cross-Cutting - LMS & Training Support; demonstrated experience operating in regulated environments with stakeholder groups similar to NSF OCHCO/OCIO; ability to produce audit-ready documentation, executive briefings, and implementation artifacts in a hybrid federal delivery environment.

Skills Required
