Overview

The LMS Administrator supports ENFRA's enterprise learning strategy by managing the day-to-day operations, configuration, and optimization of the UKG Learning Management System. This role is responsible for building curricula, assigning training, tracking completion, answering user questions and maintaining system integrity. The LMS Administrator partners with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless user experience and robust learning infrastructure that supports ENFRA's workforce training and development efforts across field and corporate environments.

Responsibilities

System Administration & Course Management

Build and manage curricula, courses, learning paths, and certifications within the LMS based on specifications from Learning and Talent Development teams. Assign learners to training, manage enrollments, and configure automation rules. Maintain system data integrity, roles/permissions, and user hierarchies. Set up and manage course evaluations, assessments, and completion tracking. Publish and archive learning content (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, etc.). Ensure SCORM/xAPI compatibility and troubleshoot upload or playback issues.

Vendor and Content Management

Coordinate with third-party content providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning) to integrate and maintain external content libraries. Research and recommend new content vendors and tools that align with organizational training needs. Support contracts, renewals, and ongoing relationships with LMS vendors and partners.

Support & Troubleshooting

Serve as primary contact for LMS-related inquiries and issues from users and administrators. Troubleshoot access, content, and technical issues; escalate to vendors as needed. Provide support and training to internal stakeholders on LMS functionality and best practices. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate and distribute learning reports and dashboards for compliance, completion, and usage metrics. Analyze data trends and work with the Manager, Learning and Training Development to guide training strategy and improve engagement.

QualificationsRequired Education, Experience, and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communication, Information Systems or related field required or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree. Experience: 2+ years of experience administering a corporate LMS or similar system that required interfacing with users and vendors with responsibilities that included the use of strong communication, troubleshooting and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and user experience. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

Familiarity with UKG and LinkedIn Learning. Experience with Survey tools. Experience supporting operational or field-based employee learning. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Travel Requirements

Approximately 5-10%; actual travel may vary based on business needs.

Pay RangeUSD $50,500.00 - USD $67,420.00 /Yr.
