Your Role:
As ourย HVAC & Plumbing Sales Director, you'll lead and grow our residential and commercial sales team across multiple markets. Youโll be instrumental in driving revenue, mentoring team members, and working with leadership to develop winning sales strategies that align with our core values and long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support a high-performing sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC & plumbing services
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value customers, builders, and partners
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to ensure consistent customer experience
- Track KPIs, generate reports, and ensure sales goals are met and exceeded
What Weโre Looking For:
- 5 plus years of proven success inย HVAC and Plumbing sales management
- Experience inย team leadership, training, and performance development
- Strong understanding of residential and light commercial systems
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and data-driven; able to work with CRM and proposal tools
- Ability to travel occasionally between from Colorado to our Montana location
