Alpha 3 Security Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring several DAY and OVERNIGHT security officers in southern Islamorada and Big Pine Key in the beautiful Florida Keys.

7PM - 7AM / 7AM - 7PM

No experience is required however candidates must HAVE a Class D Security License from the State of Florida as this is a requirement. This is an entry-level resort community position where we will provide on-the-job training and continuing education to ensure your success. We are looking for motivated individuals who can deliver high quality customer service to our clients while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Compensation $17-$18 PER HR DOE

All holidays are paid time-and-a-half

Position: ACCESS CONTROL / GATEHOUSE & ROVER

FULL TIME & PART TIME POSITIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform walking/golf cart patrols throughout the duration of your shift
  • Enforce the rules set forth by the customer in a professional and courteous manner
  • Arrive on time, in proper uniform to your assigned post
  • Ability to interact and communicate with the public
  • Effective oral, written and active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate emergency situations quickly and effectively while responding in the appropriate manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • We believe in providing our customers with the strongest possible candidates to protect their assets, property, and personnel while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • MUST have reliable transportation no buses.
  • MUST possess a valid Florida Class D-License with 1 years exp in security
  • MUST be at least 18 years of age
  • MUST be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
