What You'll Do as a Front Desk Agent
As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Registering and assigning rooms to guests.
  • Confirming phone and online reservations.
  • Responding to guest needs, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Collecting payments from departing guests and maintaining accurate records of occupied rooms and guest information.
  • Communicating important guest details to designated departments.
  • Building rapport with guests to ensure a welcoming and friendly experience.
This position reports directly to the Lodging Manager and General Manager.

As a resort with a lot of amenities including a brewery, pub, spa, golf course, outdoor adventures, customer service is extremely important. Our ideal candidate is kind, helpful, solution oriented and is motivated to learn and grow to be successful. The Saratoga Hot Springs Resort is a historic family owned resort in the Platte River Valley. It's important for us that our team of staff have a good quality of life balance and enjoy where they work and live.
