Location: Live Oak, FL
Shift: Full Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $15 per hour

Job Description

Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage a busy front desk with efficiency and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system.

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Issue and collect visitor badges, ensuring security procedures are followed.

  • Maintain accurate resident and emergency contact listings.

  • Support department directors and payroll staff with administrative tasks including filing, typing, and reporting.

  • Track and manage contract and document deadlines.

  • Operate standard office equipment and manage office supply orders.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate inter-facility communications.

  • Provide directions and information to guests and staff as needed.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience.
