Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Live-In House Manager to oversee daily operations at our Scranton sober living home. The House Manager lives on-site and plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, stable environment where residents can focus on recovery, growth, and personal responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Live on-site and serve as the primary point of contact for residents.

  • Maintain a safe, sober, and structured living environment.

  • Uphold and enforce house rules fairly and consistently.

  • Lead regular house meetings and promote a positive community culture.

  • Monitor resident compliance with curfews, chores, attendance, and program expectations.

  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness and safety.

  • Support admissions and discharges in coordination with leadership.

  • Address conflicts, emergencies, or crises promptly and professionally.

  • Serve as a positive role model for recovery, accountability, and healthy boundaries.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of continuous sobriety required.

  • Experience in sober living, peer support, or recovery leadership preferred.
