Position Summary

The House Manager is responsible for maintaining the daily structure, safety, and cleanliness of the recovery home while supporting residents with grace, firmness, and consistent leadership. This role requires living onsite, conducting required accountability checks, enforcing house rules, and ensuring the home environment reflects stability, respect, and recoveryfocused values. A current QMAP certification is required for medication administration duties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Live onsite as the primary support and leadership presence in the home.
  • Conduct UAs twice per week for all residents according to program policy.
  • Perform BAs daily and document results accurately.
  • Complete daily chore checks to ensure all assigned tasks are finished and the home remains clean, orderly, and safe.
  • Maintain structure and enforce house rules with a balance of grace, fairness, and assertiveness.
  • Provide leadership and positive rolemodeling for residents in recovery.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and leadership regarding incidents, concerns, or needs.
  • Administer medications in accordance with QMAP standards and maintain proper documentation.
  • Report any violations, safety issues, or emergencies immediately to program leadership.
  • Support a culture of accountability, respect, and recoveryfocused living.
