Job description

We are seeking a responsible, compassionate, and organized Live-In Recovery House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a sober living home. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong commitment to supporting individuals in recovery, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain structure and accountability within the household. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
This position requires living on-site and being available to respond to resident needs, emergencies, and house-related matters outside of standard working hours. A valid driver's license is required for transporting residents and handling errands related to the home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the operation of the sober living home and its assigned personnel 
  • Coordinate residential house staff meetings taking note input and feedback
  • Overseas the maintenance of residential home and corporate vehicles assigned to it 
  • Coordinates directly with the Office Manager regarding purchases of residential house supplies
  • Coordinate random client urinalysis drug screens
Required licenses or certifications:
  • Current CPR Certification for Healthcare Providers and First Aid Certification 
  • CA Driver's License
