About the Role:
Join ADVENTURES ONE INC as an Alternate Assisted Living Facility Manager in a rewarding live-in position! This role offers you the unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team while providing compassionate care to our residents in Capitol Heights, MD.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies in all aspects of facility management.
  • Maintain open communication with residents and their families to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
  • Coordinate activities and programs to promote residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
  • Medication administration and supervise residents' daily living activities as needed.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and implement improvements to enhance safety and comfort.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in assisted living or healthcare, preferably in a live-in capacity.
  • Valid and Current Medication Technician Certification.
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and families.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a passion for providing quality care to seniors.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and make critical decisions.
  • Knowledge of state regulations and best practices in assisted living.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules of the facility.
