  • Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
  • Consistently apply PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly schedule.
  • Conduct a minimum of two open houses each month to attract potential buyers.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed client appointments.
  • Participate in weekly script rehearsals to meet team communication standards.
  • Engage fully in team events, fostering a supportive and family-like environment.
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training, and Partner Calls for professional growth.
  • Provide expert guidance to sellers, secure property listings, and execute effective marketing plans.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in pricing, staging, and all aspects of listing management.
  • Negotiate offers confidently and advocate for sellers' best interests.
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology.
