Job description

Job Summary

Established commercial real estate brokerage firm seeking a self-motivated, resourceful individual to support our Melville based commercial real estate brokerage organization.

Responsibilities

  • Add, remove, and update property listings and customer contact information in our database. Research and follow up on missing, outdated, or inaccurate listing information with property owners and listing agents,

  • Post and maintain property listings across commercial real estate websites and social media platforms,

  • Prepare and schedule email marketing campaigns

  • Provide general administrative support to brokers and managers

  • Light phone duty

Qualifications

  • Strong Windows and general computer skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently

Helpful but not required:

  • Real estate or real estate brokerage experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Basic photo editing experience

  • Basic payroll or bookkeeping experience and QuickBooks data entry experience

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday 6 or 8 hours/day

  • Weekdays only standard business hours

  • Position is fully on-site
