LUXE LOFTE Real Estate Media exists to give agents a promise of luxury. We are a team of customer service loving people who know the operative word is service. What do you do on the job?

  • Drive around to various property locations in the cities
  • Cheerfully take photos, create videos, create floorplans, 3D scans of properties
  • Tools we use are digital photo cameras, drone, 360 cameras, phones, gimbals, and microphones
  • Create fun and stress relieving experience for agents and homeowners alike
  • Ability to follow a shot list with attention to detail while creating quality, compelling images and videos

Job Info:

  • Starting at $40+ per hour paid as W2 (Higher for highly experienced applicants)
  • You set your availability - flexible schedule
  • No experience necessary. We provide a training curriculum.
  • No editing or high speed internet required
  • No client scheduling coordination needed
  • 10-25+ shoots/week
  • Driving Mileage reimbursed after a minimum daily distance

Equipment Requirements

  • Reliable Vehicle with active car insurance for driving to locations around the cities
  • Full Frame Digital Camera (Nikon, Canon, or Sony) with 24MP or greater sensor. The camera must record to SD cards.
  • Wide-angle lens of 16-35mm
  • Camera tripod with 3-axis geared head
  • Drone for photo and video
  • 360 Camera for 3D scans
  • Phone gimbal
  • Wireless lav mics
  • NOTE: we can provide a comprehensive list of equipment options that will work with our systems as you progress to a later step in the application process.

Certification Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the US
  • Driver License
  • Pass Background check
  • Pass and maintain FAA Part 107 test within 30 days of starting
  • Apply for electronic lockbox access with association. We will help you with the forms.
  • Pass our Internal training curriculum

Bonus for Experience (better starting pay)

  • 1+ years real Real Estate/Architectural photography experience
  • Real Estate/Architectural portfolio (submit when applying)
  • Full understanding of your camera's manual mode, bracketing, and all of the needed equipment and licensing from the start
