Job Type: Part-Time (~15 hours per week)
Schedule: 3 weekdays + 1 Saturday per month (flexible daytime hours)
Compensation: $15โ€“$30/hour (based on services performed)

About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a dependable, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our growing real estate media team in the Brandon area.

No real estate photography experience? No problem. We provide paid, hands-on training and all the equipment you need to succeed.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys driving locally, meeting new people, and delivering high-quality service while learning valuable creative skills in photography, video, and drone work.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Travel to residential properties for scheduled photo appointments
  • Capture interior and exterior photos using a structured shot list
  • Represent the company professionally with real estate agents and homeowners
  • Upload photo files after each shoot (no editing required)
  • Learn and grow into video and drone services over time

Pay Structure

  • Training Period (approx. 4 weeks): $15/hour
  • Standard Photo Shoots: $25/hour
  • Drone Shoots (FAA Certified): $20/hour
  • Video Work: $30/hour
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50/mile

Schedule & Availability

  • Approximately 15 hours per week
  • Must be available at least 3 weekdays per week
  • Available 1 Saturday per month
  • Flexible daytime availability required
