Responsibilities
โ€ข Process Mastery: Implement systems to ensure every listing is compliant and documented.
โ€ข Client Connection: Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, providing "white-glove" updates.
โ€ข Logistics Lead: Manage property previews, lockboxes, and our moving truck calendar.
โ€ข System Integrity: Handle FlexMLS entry and collaborate with marketing for high-impact launches.
Qualifications
โ€ข Experience: 1+ years in real estate (Listing Management or Admin preferred).
โ€ข Tech Stack: Mastery of SkySlope, FlexMLS, and ZipForms is required. Lofty CRM experience is a major plus.
โ€ข The SMART Factor: Superior, Motivated, Articulate, Reliable, and Trustworthy.
โ€ข Credentials: A Real Estate License is a plus, but excellence is a must.
