Listing Coordinator
Mountain Sotheby’s International Realty
Location: Clayton, GA and Blue Ridge, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and operational expertise

Role Overview
Mountain Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Listing Coordinator to manage the operational lifecycle of residential listings from signed agreement through closing. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, compliance and seamless listing launches across MLS systems, marketing platforms and brokerage workflows. The Listing Coordinator serves as the operational hub between advisors, marketing, compliance and brokerage leadership. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that requires exceptional attention to detail, deadline discipline and a strong understanding of real estate listing processes.

Vice President and Managing Broker of Mountain Sotheby’s International Realty; VP of Operations and CMO
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage listing intake from executed listing agreement through MLS activation and marketing launch.
  • Review listing documentation for completeness, compliance and brokerage standards prior to activation.
  • Enter and audit listings GAMLS, dash, Navica and FMLS (as needed) with strict accuracy and adherence to MLS regulations.
  • Coordinate status updates including Registered, Coming Soon, Active, Under Contract.
  • Ensure all required disclosures, documents and amendments are properly executed and stored in required MLSes and internal systems.
  • Initiate marketing workflow once listing documentation is approved by adding the listing to Monday.com.
  • Collaborate with PhotoMagic to coordinate photography/videography listing materials and assets are approved and ready for upload.
  • Verify property details including square footage, tax records, legal descriptions and HOA information.
  • Monitor internal ticketing system for new requests, expiration date changes, required updates, status changes, price reductions and compliance alerts.
  • Serve as a listings liaison to advisors, setting expectations for timelines and required materials.
  • Troubleshoot MLS errors, compliance flags or documentation discrepancies proactively.
  • Maintain organized digital records within brokerage systems in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Support reporting accuracy by ensuring listing information is updated in real time.
  • Assist with process improvements and workflow documentation.
  • Support additional operational initiatives and time-sensitive brokerage requests as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of real estate brokerage operations, listing management or transaction coordination experience.
  • Working knowledge of MLS rules and compliance requirements.
  • Georgia real estate license preferred but not required.
  • Experience in luxury real estate, high-volume brokerage or multi-office environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent listings with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational discipline and process orientation.


Performance Expectations
Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Timely and accurate listing input (same-day service for all listings submitted by 4 p.m. Monday – Friday).
  • MLS accuracy and minimal compliance corrections.
  • Advisor satisfaction with communication and turnaround times.
  • Adherence to brokerage standards and documentation protocols.
  • Ability to manage listing volume without workflow breakdown.
  • Ability to work with Listings and PhotoMagic team members to share workload and provide support across both companies.
