Job Description
The Contingent Plan is actively recruiting a licensing administrator for a manufacturing client in the Mount Laurel area. This is a temporary assignment that is expected to last 12 weeks. The role is onsite and covers standard business hours. Compensation is competitive and depends on experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze & prepare client documents for licensing/reporting compliance recommendations
  • Ability to think critically and understand strategic goals
  • Handles inquires and researches challenges associated licensing
  • Works directly with State Division of Motor Vehicles and Licensing Agencies in the processing of client's vehicle licensing requirements.
  • Completes state licensing documents efficiently and accurately for cars, trucks, and specialized equipment
  • Works with internal and external clients to ensure proper licensing as well as responds to inquires
  • Processes licensing work, including our internal online systems as well as working directly with State Division of Motor Vehicle
  • Researches and communicates changes in state laws and requirements
  • Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares documents for cross-departmental processes
  • Maintains and ensures data integrity of vehicle information

Requirements
  • At least an associate's degree and bachelor's degree is preferred (not required)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience with DMV requirements is helpful, but not required
  • Work authorization in the US and ability to work onsite through the duration of the assignment
