Kennebec Assisted Living and Respite Facility, a division of Brown House Properties, is an established and reputable provider in the community of Assisted Living Facilities. We have a unique opportunity available for a Licensed ALF Administrator in Farmingdale, Maine.
The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the small Assisted Living Facility with a primary focus on marketing/admissions, community engagement, managing budgets, staffing, and ensuring the highest quality care. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the state regulations for residential care facilities.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Administrator in the state of Maine

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and operate a residential care facility

  • Proven ability to grow census/admissions and build relationships within the healthcare community

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Knowledge of regulations governing level IV residential care facilities

  • Effectively able to meet all on site and other requirements under section 10 of the state regulations
