Licensed ALF Administrator in Farmingdale, Maine.
The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the small Assisted Living Facility with a primary focus on marketing/admissions, community engagement, managing budgets, staffing, and ensuring the highest quality care. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the state regulations for residential care facilities.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Administrator in the state of Maine
- Demonstrated ability to manage and operate a residential care facility
- Proven ability to grow census/admissions and build relationships within the healthcare community
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of regulations governing level IV residential care facilities
- Effectively able to meet all on site and other requirements under section 10 of the state regulations

- Develop, maintain and carry out policies and procedures of facility
- Provide a safe environment that supports residents' rights
- Responsible for all financial, marketing and admissions for facility
- Provide tours to perspective residents
