We're now seeking a highly skilled Technical Editor to join our dynamic team and help us refine our written products. We're looking for a talented Technical Editor to play a key role in reviewing and refining our written products, including Open Source Intelligence Reports, IT technical artifacts, policy documents, and other media. As a Technical Editor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our written products meet IC publication standards, are clear, logical, and consistent, and adhere to style guides and classification protocols. Responsibilities: * Reviews written products, including Open Source Intelligence Reports drafts, IT technical artifacts, policy documents, strategic communications, training materials, tradecraft notes, slides, website content, and other media for proper grammar, punctuation, ensuring clarity, logic, and consistent language presentation
* Collaborates with authors to revise and ensure adherence to style guides and classification protocols
* Supports leading the editorial process, ensuring OSIC written products meet IC publication standards
* Supports ensuring translation accuracy and collaborates with authors on narrative improvements and FDO compliance Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Junior: Bachelor's degree in a related business area with 3+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 7+ years of experience
* Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in a related business area with 8+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 10+ years of experience
* Senior: Master's degree in a related business area with 12+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of experience
* Prior military or government analytical experience
* Prior experience in Information Security Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Intelligence Community experience preferred.
* A Master's degree desired.

Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
