In a busy law firm, that matters.

This position assists with preparing and organizing legal documents, maintaining case materials, coordinating communication, tracking deadlines, and supporting the day-to-day needs of active litigation matters.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being organized, working with purpose, and helping a legal team stay one step ahead. You will play an important part in making sure cases continue moving forward and that our clients receive the responsive, professional support they deserve

We take our client commitments seriously, and we also believe a steady sense of humor helps on busy days.

At our firm, we believe in supporting one another, treating our clients with compassion, and fostering a respectful, collaborative environment. We are a close-knit team that values integrity, clear communication, and a good sense of humor, especially on busy days.

  • Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of court filing systems and e-filing procedures.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
