  • Previous multifamily or Build-to-Rent leasing experience is a plus.
  • Lease-up experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Entrata, RealPage, or similar property management software.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity
  • Be part of an exciting new Build-to-Rent lease-up community.
  • Help shape the resident experience from the very first move-in.
  • Join a collaborative, high-energy team focused on delivering exceptional service.
  • Competitive compensation with leasing commissions and bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Ongoing training, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.

If you're passionate about sales, customer service, and helping people find their next home, we'd love to hear from you. Join our team and help create an exceptional living experience from day one!
