Company Description

Our client is hiring for a full-time Leasing Professional at a beautiful apartment community in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Description

From showing apartments to completing lease agreements, the Leasing Professional will perform all sales duties related to welcoming new residents into the community. This full-time position's hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.


Responsibilities in this role include the following:


  • Conduct tours of the community and available units with prospective residents
  • Make appointments with prospective residents, including follow-ups after initial tours
  • Prepare lease documents and guide residents to complete all required paperwork at move-in
  • Provide stellar customer service to both new and current residents


Qualifications

Qualified candidates possess the following skills and background:

  • Excellent sales and customer service experience in a retail or leasing environment
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask throughout the day
  • Computer skills
  • Confident, poised, patient demeanor
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
