Job description

Leasing Assistant | $18/hour |MON-SAT 9:00am to 6:00pm | Temp-to-Hire |Madison, WI| Onsite

What Matters Most:
  • $18 hour
  • Monday- Friday-rotating Saturdays - temp to hire
  • Benefits in a Card: 3 medical plans, dental and vision

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card.
Job Duties:
-Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other Federal, State and Local laws pertaining to Multi-Family Housing.
- Successfully complete all steps in the leasing and renewal process using outstanding sales and customer service techniques.
- Stay informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of the property.
- Use established property tour route utilizing sales skills to demonstrate market ready product and availability to close prospects. Maintain reports to show closing ratio of at least 50%.
- Develop positive working relationships with residents and coworkers, ensuring that resident inquires and complaints are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure maximum number of lease renewals.
- In absence of the Community Business Manager or Assistant Community Manager, schedule maintenance and on-site personnel.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, reporting, and filing on an ongoing basis.
