Oakbrook Corporation is seeking a part-time Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at Riverview Heights Senior Apartments in Janesville, WI. The Assistant Property Manager will work 28 hours per week supporting the various needs of the community. About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be an essential part of the property's daily workflow. Your responsibilities will include responding to resident inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring that services are completed efficiently and with care.
