Job description

Bookkeeper – Property Management & HOA

We’re looking for a detail-driven Bookkeeper to manage financials for our rental and HOA portfolio using AppFolio. This role handles day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and monthly reporting while keeping everything accurate, organized, and on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Process payables/receivables and owner disbursements
  • Post rent, HOA dues, and vendor invoices in AppFolio
  • Complete monthly bank and trust account reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports for owners and HOA boards
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years bookkeeping experience (property management/HOA a plus)
  • AppFolio experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Solid Excel and accounting fundamentals
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
