Heirloom is one of the fastest-growing property management companies in the area. We have great systems and structure for someone with or without experience (we will teach you!), and we're always looking for a fresh set of eyes who can come in and help us improve. Customer service skills and the ability to multi-task are a must - we promise you will never have a dull moment!
Our leasing agents work in a fast-paced environment, going from house to house to show the exciting spaces we have to offer in the Duluth/Superior area. They don't take a "used car salesman" approach but instead use connection and knowledge to draw in prospective tenants. They are quick, fun, and enjoy staying busy. If this describes you, we want to talk!
Leasing Agent Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be of the age of 18 or older
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must have use of a reliable, insured vehicle

Leasing Agent Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct showings at properties available for rent
  • Manage a calendar of showings and deliver property-specific information to prospective tenants
  • Guide prospective tenants through Heirloom's leasing process
  • Produce marketing materials
  • Writing and reviewing lease material
  • Conducting move-ins for new tenants

Leasing Agent Job details and key requirements:
  • Strong customer service experience required, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and in writing
  • Strong computer skills, including PC or Mac with experience in MS Office, Google, and web-based software
  • Experience with Appfolio is preferable
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend availability
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for daily travel to local properties
