What is a flex rental property?

Flex Rental Properties are flexible rental spaces that can be leased on a short-term or long-term basis, often with adaptable lease terms and amenities. These properties may include apartments, homes, or even commercial spaces that cater to renters seeking more convenience and flexibility compared to traditional leases. Flex rentals are popular among travelers, remote workers, and those who need temporary housing. They typically come furnished and may offer services like cleaning, utilities, and online booking. This flexibility makes them a convenient option for people with changing living or work arrangements.

Flex Rental Property Managers often face challenges such as coordinating flexible lease terms, managing high tenant turnover, and maintaining property quality across multiple short-term stays.
