What You'll Do

  • As a PRN Leasing Specialist, you will serve as the first impression of our communities by:
  • Greeting prospective residents and providing exceptional customer service
  • Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities
  • Identifying prospects' needs and matching them with the perfect apartment home
  • Promoting current leasing specials and incentives
  • Following up with prospects and assisting with the leasing process
  • Maintaining strong closing ratios and helping drive occupancy goals
  • Ensuring model homes and vacant units are tour-ready
  • Assisting with marketing efforts and online lead management
  • Staying informed on local market trends and competitor activity
  • Supporting community teams during high-traffic leasing periods
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
  • Proven sales and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Professional, outgoing, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different communities
  • Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between communities throughout North and South Austin
  • Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
