What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Assistant Leasing Agent, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Assistant Leasing Agent, you need strong sales abilities, customer service skills, and knowledge of real estate or property management, often supported by a high school diploma or relevant certification.
