Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward Lease Administration and Real Estate Support Specialist to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day tasks related to lease data management, reporting, process documentation and real estate process and coordination activities. What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

  • Support internal lease administration and real estate activities across Convergint's US and select international portfolios
  • Assist with lease data entry, abstraction, validation, and updates in internal systems
  • Prepare and distribute recurring reports, including rent schedules and critical date tracking
  • Help maintain process documentation and contribute to updates of internal playbooks
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Transaction Management to ensure alignment and data accuracy
  • Participate in onboarding activities for new accounts, including data migration and system setup
  • Assist with monthly billing processes and internal reconciliations
  • Respond to internal inquiries related to lease terms, obligations, and reporting
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation and data as needed
  • Support the development and maintenance of real estate standards, policies and procedures
  • Provide communication and coordination in support of lease administration and real estate for all offices across the portfolio
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay current on lease administration practices and tools
  • Demonstrate initiative and urgency in completing assigned tasks and meeting internal deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all lease-related activities

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred: Finance/ Real Estate, or Accounting
Minimum Experience:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in lease administration or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with lease databases and financial reporting tools
  • Ability to read and interpret lease documents and financial statements

Salary Range: $60,000-90,000/annual
