Job description

Job Title: Lease Administration AnalystJob Description
As a Lease Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses align with lease terms. You will uphold the integrity of a real estate portfolio data for a large, complex global portfolio under limited supervision. This role involves assisting asset managers in reviewing invoices and contractual terms.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct reconciliations to ensure operating expenses comply with lease terms.
  • Maintain the integrity of real estate portfolio data for large, complex global clients.
  • Assist asset managers in reviewing invoices and contractual terms.
  • Manage the Purchase Order lifecycle for leased asset portfolios, including requesting, tracking, and monitoring POs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Accounts Payable inquiries and validate invoices against contractual terms.
  • Resolve or escalate billing discrepancies to the Asset Manager.
  • Monitor and report on invoices to ensure billings align with vendor obligations and financial terms.
  • Collect, track, and maintain industry certificates from leased service providers to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure service providers adhere to regulatory and operational standards.
  • Support ad hoc contract reviews to ensure vendor contracts align with operational requirements.
  • Deliver reporting to the lease asset management team concerning vendor compliance and status.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lease administration and asset management.
  • Experience in real estate, accounting, accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR), and financial accounting.
  • Proficiency in reviewing portfolios and invoices.
  • Knowledge of reviewing rent invoices and lease administration.
  • Experience in financial analysis and property management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial real estate and the data center space.
  • Proficient with Google Suites, including spreadsheet management and reporting tools like Looker Studio and Power BI.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Preferred bachelor's degree, though open to equivalent experience.
Work Environment
The role supports data center work and requires intermediate to advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and attention to detail. Dress code and attire are not specifically mandated.
