Job description

About the Role:
As a CBRE Lease Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of complex lease agreements for a variety of properties.
This job is part of the Lease Administration. They are responsible for portfolio administration, daily operations, and managing relationships with internal and external customers.
What You'll Do:
  • Input lease information into a database, including dates, dollar values, and financial transactions.
  • Organize and maintain lease records in an efficient and accessible manner.
  • Prepare and process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions related to leases.
  • Review lease information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with property managers and landlords to gather necessary information for lease agreements.
  • Respond to inquiries from tenants and other stakeholders about lease terms and conditions.
  • Assist with lease renewal and termination processes.
  • Handle lease reports and provide analysis of lease data.
  • Perform annual expense reconciliations, track audit windows and audit requirements contained in the lease documents.
  • Serve as a member of a transition team for new accounts.
  • May assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are that are described in detail.
  • Deliver your own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the Lease Admin Clerk position is $40,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Lease Admin Clerk position is $50,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program
