Job description

Immediate need for a talented Lease Admin Analyst. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is location in San Jose, CA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $22 - $25/hr . Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Lease Administation Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms.
  • Under limited supervision, upholds the integrity of a real estate portfolio data for large, complex global portfolio of clients.
  • Assist asset manager(s) in reviewing invoices and contractual terms.
  • Financial Administration & Support
  • Purchase Order lifecycle for leased asset portfolio, requesting POs, tracking and monitoring POs and ensuring funds are appropriately allocated
  • Account Payable Oversight: service as primary point of contract for AP related inquires; validate invoices meet contractual terms; resolve or escalate billing discrepancies to the Asset Manager. Monitor and report on invoices to ensure billings align with vendor obligations and agreed upon financial terms.
  • Compliance & Certificate Management
  • Industry certifications: proactively collect, track and maintain all required industry certificates from the leased service providers to ensure portfolio wide compliance.
  • Ensure service providers adhere to mandatory regulatory and internal operational standards.
  • Contractual & Operational Support
  • Ad hoc contract review: provide support for periodic and ad hoc reviews of vendor contracts to ensure alignment with current operational requirements.
  • Deliver reporting to the lease asset management team and leads reading vendor compliance and status

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Must Have Skills:Leasing asset management (this background would be ideal) extension
  • Looking for someone who is experienced revising portfolios and invoices. Small to medium. This is a global portfolio for data centers
  • Experienced who has worked in real estate( commercial real estate_ experience reviewing invoices, Pos, reviewing contracts. Be able to approve or move forward.
  • Reviewing an invoice for rent, need to be knowledgeable.
  • Someone who has experience in this space, AP/PO, Lease administration
  • Someone who has worked in an apartment leasing office would likely not be a good fit
  • Commercial real estate experience
  • Experience in data center space
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, intermediate to advanced, create formulas, run reports, manage extensive, detailed spreadsheet- Google Suites
  • Needs to be a self-starter
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Preferred bachelors degree but HM is open
  • Software skills:
  • Google Suites
  • Reporting Tools (Please highlight experience)- Looker Studio- Power BI would be comparable
  • Salesforce experience
