Job Summary
This contract-to-hire role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with diverse communities, and are fluent in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a vital role in creating positive resident experiences and driving leasing success.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and lease apartment homes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with residents and prospects.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current availability, pricing, and community features.
  • Process rental applications, verify documentation, and assist with lease signing.
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and emails to convert leads.
  • Support resident retention efforts and manage lease renewals.
  • Keep accurate records in property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or AppFolio.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives, including social media outreach and local business engagement.
  • Ensure model units and tour paths are clean, organized, and ready for showings.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred; experience with multifamily properties is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends as needed.
