About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Multimedia Integrator, E-Learning Senior Consultant to join our Learning & Development, Specialty Lines Canada team!

In this role you will be involved in knowledge development mandates within the speciality lines insurance sector. The role involves designing training content for underwriters and brokers, in close collaboration with content experts, intended for e-learning delivery.

What you'll do here :

  • Collaborate on the drafting of learning objectives and participate in the ideation process

  • In collaboration with content specialists, develop the instructional breakdown and content architecture based on development needs

  • Participate in recommending and implementing relevant training strategies aligned with learning objectives, context, and operational constraints

  • Produce various types of learning materials that meet the needs of participants and the context

  • Create training modules, and design and adapt storyboards to the training concept

  • Design original and varied learning scenarios

  • Develop assessments to evaluate participants' competency levels

  • Use appropriate IT and technological tools based on the mandates and training contexts

  • Integrate and synchronize text, images, and audio in an authoring tool (primarily Storyline)

  • Retouch and optimize images, edit and process audio and video content

  • Use filming equipment (camera, lighting) (asset)

  • Use artificial intelligence to generate text and media content (image and video) and code (vibe coding)

  • Manage projects and regularly update the work team on progress

  • Produce multimedia motion design animations (asset)

  • Generate HTML, JavaScript, ActionScript, etc. code in vibe coding

  • Plan all stages of instructional material development and ensure follow-through

  • Facilitate meetings and working workshops

  • Ensure post-training follow-up

  • Revise the content of translated training materials from English to French

What you bring to the table :

  • Hold a degree in education sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multimedia integration

  • Very advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Rise authoring tools

  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite

  • Knowledge of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs)

  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) (asset)

  • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate (asset)

  • For all candidates across Canada: Bilingualism (English/French) is required. Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
