The Learning Development Program Manager focuses on creating and managing comprehensive learning strategies, while the Training Coordinator handles the logistics of training sessions. Both roles require strong organizational skills, but the Program Manager typically has a broader scope and strategic responsibilities.
[solidcore] is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to lead the Learning & Development function and play a pivotal role in building a high-performance culture across both our HQ and field teams. This person will own our learning platforms and content, drive leadership development for our corporate and field studio leaders, and design programs that build capability at every level of the organization.
You will partner directly with leaders across the business to identify development needs and translate them into impactful, scalable learning experiences. If you are a builder who is energized by creating programs that change how people lead and work, this role is for you.
