Manager, Learning & Development, Leadership & Professional Development
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Leadership & Professional Development to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise leadership and professional development programs. This role is responsible for developing and implementing learning solutions that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate professional growth, and drive business performance across the enterprise.
The Manager will lead a team of Learning & Development Facilitators while partnering closely with leaders across Learning, Talent Management, Human Resources, and business partners to identify development needs and deliver scalable learning experiences that produce measurable results.
This is a highly visible role requiring a strategic thinker who can move seamlessly between executive-level consultation, learning strategy, program design, facilitation excellence, and operational execution. We are looking for an experienced candidate who takes initiative, influences without authority, and drives outcomes with urgency and accountability.

What You'll Do
Leadership Development Strategy & Execution
• Lead the enterprise leadership and professional development portfolio.
• Design and execute leadership development experiences for emerging leaders, supervisors, managers, directors, and providers.
• Translate organizational challenges and capability gaps into meaningful, scalable learning solutions that drive performance improvement.
Learning Needs Analysis & Consulting
• Partner with business leaders, Talent Management and HR partners to assess business and leadership development needs.
• Conduct learning needs analyses to identify root causes and recommend targeted solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on leadership development, adult learning, facilitation strategies, and organizational capability building.
Program Design, Implementation and Impact
• Oversee the design and delivery of workshops, learning pathways, cohort programs, blended learning experiences, and high impact leadership and professional development programs for leaders and teams across the enterprise.
• Ensure learning solutions reflect adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, practical workplace application, emerging learning technologies, and innovative development approaches.
• Develop and use evaluation strategies, learning analytics, and insights to measure effectiveness, demonstrate value, and continuously improve programs.
Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Learning & Development Facilitators.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Education:
• Bachelor's level degree required
Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of Learning & Development, Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development experience.
• 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in leadership development and adult learning practices.
• Experience conducting learning needs assessments and translating business needs into development solutions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders in a complex organizational environment.
• Strong facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person environments.
