We are looking for a Hospitality Associate who enjoys working in a service-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Position Summary
The Hospitality Associate supports daily hospitality operations including dining room services, meeting room support, and hospitality logistics. This role helps prepare service areas, support events and meetings, maintain clean and organized hospitality spaces, and ensure guests receive prompt and professional assistance.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What You'll Do
Hospitality & Guest Service
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests and team members
  • Assist with dining room services, meeting room services, and hospitality logistics
  • Act as a point of contact for guest needs and communicate requests to leadership
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional hospitality environment
Service Preparation & Execution
  • Prepare hospitality spaces for service including setup, staging, and organization
  • Assist with meeting room setups and hospitality events
  • Complete assigned opening and closing duties according to company standards
  • Ensure hospitality areas are always clean, organized, and service-ready
Operations & Organization
  • Complete daily prep, production, and cleaning tasks with attention to detail
  • Maintain clean workspaces and organized hospitality areas
  • Safely operate kitchen and hospitality equipment including dish machines
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with hospitality team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Attend team meetings as requested
  • Support inventory organization and basic inventory management
  • Utilize downtime to assist with cleaning, stocking, and operational support tasks
Professional Standards
  • Maintain professional communication with guests and team members
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and escalate issues when necessary
