OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Business Development Consultant to support the continued growth of our global organization. This is a flexible, performance-driven remote role for professionals who enjoy building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and working within proven systems to achieve measurable results.

Operating within an established organization that provides digital education programs, leadership development, and transformational retreats, you’ll engage with prospective professionals, conduct qualification conversations, and support business growth through relationship development and strategic expansion.

This role is ideal for individuals who value autonomy, personal accountability, and the opportunity to be rewarded for consistent performance.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and cultivate professional relationships using established outreach systems and business development strategies

• Identify and qualify prospective professionals through structured conversations

• Manage prospect pipelines and communication activity within our CRM platform

• Conduct professional discovery conversations to assess alignment and mutual fit

• Support the onboarding and development of qualified individuals entering the organization

• Maintain consistent follow-through, organization, and communication throughout the engagement process

• Participate in ongoing leadership, business development, and professional training

• Leverage proven systems, tools, and resources to support sustainable business growth

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 8+ years of professional work experience

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability

• Ability to work independently while following established systems and processes

• Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital communication tools

• Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented

• Interest in leadership, personal development, or entrepreneurship

• Must reside in the United States or Canada

Preferred:

• Background in business development, sales, consulting, recruiting, client relationship management, coaching, or entrepreneurship

• Experience working remotely or managing independent projects

• Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline management, or structured outreach
