Job Title: Vice President, Learning amp; Development
Department: Learning amp; Development
Salary Range: $250,000 - $275,000/year
Reports To: COO
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday in office, Fridays WFH

Summary:
The Vice President of Learning amp; Development is responsible for building and scaling Xponential Fitness’s enterprise learning, team development, and franchise onboarding engine. This role leads all Learning amp; Development and Franchise Onboarding functions, with full ownership of strategy, execution, and outcomes across corporate and franchise audiences. The role directly manages two Directors and their organizations. The VP ensures learning and onboarding directly drive franchise performance, studio readiness, leadership capability, and operational consistency across Xponential’s multi-brand platform.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Learning amp; Development Strategy

  • Define and execute the enterprise L amp;D strategy aligned to business priorities and growth
  • Build scalable learning frameworks across corporate and franchise audiences
  • Ensure learning investments drive measurable business and performance outcomes

Franchise Onboarding amp; Studio Readiness

  • Own the end-to-end franchise onboarding experience from signing through studio launch and ramp
  • Lead the Director of Franchise Onboarding and all Franchise Onboarding Managers
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive consistent, high-quality, on-time studio openings

Leadership Development amp; Talent Enablement

  • Build and scale leadership development for people leaders, senior leaders, and high-potential talent
  • Strengthen manager capability, coaching, and performance effectiveness
  • Partner with HR and ELT to support succession planning and leadership bench strength

Learning Platforms, Systems amp; Scale

  • Own enterprise learning platforms including LMS, content systems, and analytics
  • Drive modernization, automation, and scalability of learning and onboarding infrastructure
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve adoption, effectiveness, and ROI

Team Leadership, Governance amp; Executive Partnership

  • Lead and develop two Directors and teams of 5 to 9 each, building a high-performance culture
  • Establish clear operating rhythms, priorities, and accountability across Learning and Onboarding
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams

Qualifications:
Required
  • 10+ years of experience in Learning amp; Development, Enablement, or Organizational Development
  • 3+ years in Franchising leading senior teams and managers in a scaled, multi-team environment
  • Experience leading enterprise learning strategy across complex organizations
  • Proven experience building and scaling leadership development programs
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence at C-suite and Board levels
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-growth environments
  • Systems thinker who can scale processes and teams
  • Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management

  • Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or consumer brands
  • Experience overseeing onboarding operations or large-scale operational enablement
