Job description

Integrity Learning Center is searching for passionate and motivated BCBA candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families and offering hope for their child! This is a full-time position for Integrity's learning center in Plainfield, Indiana. We are a stable, yet growing practice that places emphasis on manageable caseloads for our BCBA's so they can focus on the quality of their programming and success of their learners! We provide early intervention ABA services for clients ages 2-7 at our center and provide in school ABA services locally that assists our clients with their transition to school. We are a company that supports and advocates for your personal growth as a behavior analyst.


Basic requirements for any candidate to be considered includes:

  • Must have BCBA and be in good standing with the BACB
  • Effectively demonstrates compassionate ABA practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Adapts to change easily
  • Eager to learn and grow as a professional
  • Collaborates well with multiple clinicians
