About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce is looking for a Partner Marketing Technical PMM Lead to own the readiness and mindshare of the technical practitioners building and delivering the Agentic Enterprise. The architects, FDEs, and solution builders at our consulting partners are the ones deploying Agentforce at scale. This role ensures they have the positioning, enablement, and learning journey to build, implement, and drive success across the Salesforce platform with confidence, every time.

You are a Technical Product Marketer who owns the practitioner persona end-to-end: translating complex platform capabilities into compelling narratives, designing campaigns that move practitioners through credentialing journeys, and championing the high-impact moments that keep partner FDEs activated.

How AI Augments This Role

This role is built for an AI-first operating model. AI tools handle the repetitive and time-intensive work-scaffolding kits, drafting first-pass copy, and analyzing data signals-freeing you to focus on strategic narratives and relationship-building. You are the Human-in-the-Loop: 100% accountable for technical accuracy, brand voice, and the quality of every asset delivered to the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Own Technical Practitioner Messaging & Content

  • Develop differentiated positioning for Solution Architects and FDEs, distilling complex technologies - Agentforce, Data 360, Customer 360, Slack, and Headless 360 - into clear, visual, practitioner-credible narratives.

  • Map product strategy and releases to a cohesive plan across launches, campaigns, and events, partnering with Product, Cloud PMM, and Partner Program teams.

  • Own technical content tracks for Partner Summits, Dreamforce, and TDX - curating topics, themes, and demo scenarios based on persona needs, product priorities, and business goals.

  • Lead content development from brief to publish, using AI to accelerate drafts while personally ensuring every output meets a "human-brilliant" technical standard rooted in trust and governance.

Build and Execute Integrated Campaigns

  • Co-develop campaign strategy with stakeholders, ensuring messaging is segmented by practitioner role and elevated to a credible, high-impact standard across all channels.

  • Own the marketing campaigns that move partner practitioners through the credentialing pipeline - leveraging email, social, and the Partnerblazer Community with gamification and milestone recognition to drive enablement completion and FDE readiness.

  • Lead the shift toward marketing automation by partnering with the channel strategy team on data-driven execution, using AI to analyze performance signals and iterate on tactics.

Activate and Grow the FDE Community

  • Own the strategy for nurturing and retaining partner FDEs, ensuring Salesforce remains their primary platform of choice through high-value engagement - including a "train-then-activate" model at signature events.

  • Build and manage the Partnerblazer community channel as a structured feedback loop, surfacing field insights that strengthen product relevance and practitioner readiness.

Report, Enable, and Present with Confidence

  • Track and report growth metrics and campaign performance to executive stakeholders; conduct quarterly retrospectives to capture learnings and maintain curriculum momentum.

  • Present with poise to practitioner audiences at Partner Kickoffs, webinars, and events - bringing technical use cases to life through compelling stories and demos.

  • Create training materials that enable Alliance Leaders and Partner Account Managers to credibly convey the technical value story to partner leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7+ Years Experience: Background in technical product marketing, partner marketing, or solution engineering at a high-tech company.

  • Technical Translator Mindset: Deep enough to understand architectural patterns and multi-cloud integration. You don't write production code, but you think like someone who does.

  • AI-First Fluency: Demonstrated proficiency using AI to generate content, analyze data, and automate workflows, with the judgment to elevate AI outputs to a high strategic standard.

  • PMM & Campaign Mastery: Expert in positioning, persona-driven frameworks, and full-lifecycle campaign execution.

  • Strategic Agility: Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You can pivot quickly, make real-time calls under pressure, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Innovation & Experimentation: A track record of "learning out loud" and experimenting with both automated efficiency and high-touch, "un-automatable" community-building tactics.

  • Analytical Impact: Strong skills in translating complex data signals into clear, actionable insights for executive and technical audiences

  • Credentials: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Architect) are a plus
