  • Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly applications using Vue.js, PHP, JavaScrip, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Design, build, and maintain Retool applications to rapidly deliver internal operational tools, workflow solutions, dashboards, and business process automation.
  • Develop, consume, secure, and support RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations across internal and third-party systems.
  • Design and implement enterprise integrations using Boomi, MuleSoft, or comparable iPaaS platforms, including API-led connectivity, workflow orchestration, and reusable integration services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization through automation, low-code/no-code solutions, and API-enabled services.
  • Work with AWS cloud services to deploy, monitor, secure, and maintain applications and integration workloads.
  • Partner closely with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, infrastructure teams, security stakeholders, and other developers to deliver business value.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, solution design discussions, demos, retrospectives, and peer code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Ensure solutions meet expectations for security, scalability, reliability, performance, governance, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, workflow automation platforms, and intelligent business solutions, to improve engineering productivity and business outcomes.
  • Mentor junior developers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.
  • Demonstrate accountability, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering innovative technology solutions that support Leader Bank's clients, employees, and strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience delivering enterprise-grade applications across the full technology stack.
  • Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, React, Python, PHP, or equivalent frameworks and languages.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, securing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
