Job description

Remote Health Insurance Agent – Private Market (Work From Home, Hourly & Commission-Based)

Weekly Earnings: $1,800 – $2,500 (Uncapped Commission)
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Job Type: Full-Time, 1099

Job Overview

We’re hiring licensed Remote Health Insurance Agents to sell private market health insurance products, including Hospital Indemnity

Agents will work pre-qualified leads (no cold calling) in a commission-driven role with weekly pay.

If you’re a commission-focused closer with phone sales experience and want a full-time remote role, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
  • Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through benefits administration
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow company policies
  • Track sales activity using CRM and lead management tools

Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance License
  • Licensed in 7+ non-resident states
  • At least 1 year of sales or telesales experience
  • Comfortable with commission-based pay
  • Strong communication, sales, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Prior private market or supplemental insurance experience is a plus

Equipment Requirements

  • Processor: Intel i5 or higher (or equivalent)
  • RAM: 12 GB or higher
  • Internet: Hardwired connection with minimum 150 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download
  • Monitors: Dual monitors required
  • Headset: USB headset required
