What You'll Do

As a Shift/Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead with enthusiasm and positivity through busy rushes
  • Create warm, welcoming experiences for every guest
  • Support, encourage, and coach team members
  • Maintain operational excellence and uphold Chick-fil-A standards
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Oversee shift responsibilities including cash accountability & labor awareness
  • Help open or close the restaurant as needed
  • Serve with heart — always putting people first
