Job description

We are looking for a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. The shift leader's responsibilities also include ensuring accuracy and completeness while filling orders, dealing with employee no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting any issues to the General Manager.


This position may include assigned shifts on site at our Lake Air Dr location or at our Hewitt location or on remote assignment as a caterer.


To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to set an example for and manage a team of people to ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a top shift leader should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role in retail is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
