Job description

Position Overview:

Leaders are responsible for supporting Directors and Executive Directors in executing daily operations, developing Team Members, and ensuring every guest receives a remarkable experience.

Available leadership positions include both Team Leader and Director.

All leadership candidates will complete operational training and demonstrate proficiency in Chick-fil-A standards before progressing into greater leadership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
  • Execute Chick-fil-A systems, procedures, and food safety standards
  • Ensure speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and quality expectations are met
  • Open and/or close the restaurant and serve as a key holder when assigned
  • Monitor labor, productivity, and operational performance throughout shifts
  • Assist with cash handling, drawer counts, and end-of-day procedures

Team Development

  • Coach Team Members through real-time feedback and accountability
  • Model Chick-fil-A standards, values, and culture
  • Recognize and encourage team performance
  • Assist with performance conversations and behavioral coaching
  • Help build future leaders within the organization

Guest Experience

  • Deliver genuine hospitality and create emotional connections with guests
  • Respond immediately and respectfully to guest concerns
  • Maintain a welcoming, positive environment
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A's standards of service excellence

  • Available during lunch (11am–2pm) and/or dinner (5pm–8pm)
  • Available on both Friday and Saturday
  • Available at 5am at least one morning per week
  • Available until 11pm at least two nights per week, one of them being Friday or Saturday
