Experience: 4–5 Years Labor & Delivery Experience | Travel Experience Required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join the L&D team at MVHS Inc. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to mothers and newborns throughout the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and recovery phases while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for labor and delivery patients.

  • Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery.

  • Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and postpartum recovery.

  • Administer medications, provide patient education, and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Float to assigned units as needed while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Active New York RN License.

  • Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications.

  • Minimum 4–5 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience.

  • Previous travel experience required.

  • Experience with EPIC/Stork EMR and OBIX preferred.

  • Strong fetal monitoring, critical thinking, and communication skills.
